Landscape photography is a challenging genre, but when you get a good shot, it makes all the time and effort worth it. If you would like to improve your landscape photos, check out this fantastic video tutorial that features an experienced photographer sharing a range of useful advice to help you get on the right track.
Coming to you from Nigel Danson, this awesome video tutorial discusses a range of advice for taking better landscape images. One of the best things you can do to really step up your work is beginning to plan in advance. There are a ton of fantastic apps to help with this (The Photographer’s Ephermeris is a personal favorite) that will allow you to select any time and place and see exactly where major celestial objects will be, how shadows will look, and more. Of course, while planning is important, be willing to stay flexible in case conditions do not work out the way you had hoped once you arrive on location. Check out the video above for the full rundown from Danson.
